The MQ-5 is a metal oxide semiconductor gas sensor designed to detect flammable gases like Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG), natural gas, methane, and propane. Operating Voltage: 5V DC. Output voltage increases along with the concentration of the measured gases. Signal output indicator. TTL output valid signal is low (Low-level signal when the output can be directly connected to the microcontroller or relay module).
